My name is Dionne and I joined Oliver Healthcare Packaging last May as a Global Supply Chain project manager.

An open and transparent culture

It was the VP of Operations who approached me. Initially it was for a position in mechanical engineering, but that turned out not to be quite the right fit. Fortunately, another position became available a year ago, and then I took the plunge anyway.

An international career with impact

In my current position, I manage global projects for new materials, from supplier to customer, for the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Combining project management with interaction with diverse cultures and business dynamics makes my work challenging and engaging. The international scope of my position ensures that I travel abroad regularly. Recently I visited the US and the UK for meetings and a fair.

Proud of the acquisition of EK-Pack

I am still very proud of the acquisition of EK-Pack, a producer of films & foils in Germany, which we accomplished last year. Together with the leadership team, we have developed a roadmap to complete the integration of EK-Pack. Through this roadmap, we are now working hard to achieve our goals.

A small company with big opportunities

One of Oliver's biggest advantages is its small scale. As a result, you experience a lot of freedom and can shape your career yourself. Oliver is very open to this and even encourages it. If you want to take advantage of that freedom, they are certainly open to it. Decision processes are short and efficient; you don't have to go through five layers of the organization to get approval.
